I tried using the NXS APP to manually set up the quantum,
but when I set it to 1mm and press the plus button or minus button, it only moves 0.1mm.
And even if you press the Finish button, it won't be set up.
What could be the cause?

Go to Motor parameters. Set Stall detection to 1200 and try. Also be sure the battery is charged.
