Warranty Policy
Cell Cycling warrants our products to be free from defects for a period of 1 year from date of receipt. Warranty exchanges will be done at a local Cell Cycling dealer. If a dealer is not available in your area, we will issue a voucher code for free replacement of the defective product.
Warranty Limitations:
- Use of pressure washers or caustic chemicals to clean the components.
- Excessive water exposure, such as submerging in streams and rivers.
- Damage to the USB charging port
- Using any components without the rubber seals installed will void the warranty
- Any modification or disassembly of the components.
- Damage from a crash or mistreatment
- Reselling of the product. The warranty only covers the original purchaser
- Product purchased from an Ebay or Amazon seller are not warranted by Cell Cycling
- Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse
- Normal wear and tear
- Batteries will be warranteed for defects only. Does not cover normal loss of capacity over time.
